I spend all day every day we're at an island watching people die. He helps me. I know what he is and I know what he's done but he offers me comfort where no one else can. He's done some horrible things, and he might do horrible things in the future, but he's my friend and I care about him. If he relapses then I'll deal with that when it comes. He's worth that to me.
