They don't have them in my world. Den den mushi can be hooked up video den den mushi, and the prisons do that for security, and the government did that for Marineford -- to give news or warnings to Sabaody -- but no one's every recorded plays on them. They don't really "record" either. It's just live feed. And it's not something everyone individually owns. Even if people have a den den mushi, they usually just use it for business voice calls, the video den dens are as tall as I am and five times as wide, so it's not something people could just... own.
