Blinking in confusion, Smoker stepped closer again, putting white smokey arms safely around her. "Then why didn't you?" he asked softly. "I had Allen send you a message for help. Because I was trying to get him out in one piece without actually killing them. What is it you think I was..." he paused and stared at her, a small smile creeping to his lips. "Angel," he purred, "You were jealous?" He arched an eyebrow and kissed her cheek. "I love you. Why would I go anywhere else for anything? Allen got lost and they dragged him in there. When he ran away from them he ran around back and got dragged inside. When I showed up they dragged me inside and I actually decked one.
