The last time he was in possession of a ship, he and one Marshall D. Teach saw fit to attack the town in a pillage.
Pathetic or not, irresponsible piracy such as that shows exactly why he shouldn't have a ship he'd do similar actions all over again with.
Also, I'm neither keeping it, nor using it myself. I have no desire to sail Luceti's fake ocean.
