You never struck me as a man who would simply take a ship as a favor for someone who just wants to play around with it. Though it's confiscation, in this case, no? Perfectly justified since the other person is a known pirate. Even though you have no more authority than the next man here. Which makes it a pretty word for piracy itself, but hell, what do I know?
