Debating bringing him ice cream.

Even with someone else doing the operating, I cannot be sedated. It... Is unique, in that way.

I need to be awake and able to respond to commands given throughout the surgery, so that we know throughout that everything is being connected correctly*. It is part of why I have had so much trouble finding someone to work with, and why Automail is an option that quite a few people would not even consider. It... It will probably be the most physically painful experience of my life, if I am being honest.

I can only do ice cream, but I'm hoping since it's cherry-flavored, and his home was renamed Sakura Island, it'll work just as well.

Ah, I had seen that offer Kuzan was making. He dropped by the other day, bringing some ice cream and cooling things down. The dogs appreciated it.

I told him I would work on it, with the tools we have here it is simple enough to build. The only thing that might be a challenge is making certain it is the right size for him.

Nah, that's pretty easy. The harder part is making a basket for his dog without making him look ridiculous.

I do not think there is any avoiding that, so we may as well make the basket as comfortable as possible for his dog.

Okay, you're in charge of that. I have no idea what would make it comfortable or not.
