The most wanted man in my world is a Revolutionary against the World Government, supposedly for reasons like this. Reading about the wars other worlds have I'm glad we have the World Government -- not something I'm used to feeling. But then even with that, whether the Revolutionary is in the wrong or not, killing that many people seems difficult to justify for any reason.
