The country usually has a different name, however. Konoha is in the Land of Fire. Kirigakure, or the Village of the Mist, is in the Land of Waves.
As for size, I think The Hidden Leaf Village is about Luceti two-hundredfold. [ That's a large village. ] It has about eighty thousand people, so it's quite large. Population wise, we're the largest of the great villages. The least populated one is around thirty thousand.
