Are you saying I'm not as strong as him? Please. I've had him at the point I could arrest him 3 separate times. And EVERY TIME he's been rescued by someone else. Dragon the revolutionary leader; his fucking father, Portgas D. Ace: his brother, Boa Hancock: his girlfriend. Monkey D. Luffy isn't that strong alone except that he does have protective allies on a world-class level. He's special, doesn't mean I'm not strong enough to arrest him.

... Correct. I would have taken down Crocodile marines or not but someone needed to prove to the World Government he was working against them so they didn't keep protecting his sorry ass. And...
