Just got word from Dock 1, Repairs on Lady Justice should be finished the 2nd of December so everyone finish up whatever you're doing here and get ready. I'm not delaying a second and NO ONE is staying behind.

Oh and I picked up Happy the Cat. He's blue and has wings. It's difficult to miss him.

I've got some paperwork to fill out on events in St. Poplar but my door is open so you can come in for whatever. Don't make me need to close it for stupid reasons.

And on a final note. Promotion list came out a couple hours early. Guess who's on it.

Everyone keeps forgetting the Grand Line is a special select, far more insane part of this world. East Blue, West Blue, and all the rest do not have quite this level of crazy. And if you're going to use growing up in your world as a justification for your expectations than how can you truly expect someone who grew up here to find anything about it strange when they've grown up their whole lives thinking it was standard?

No matter what you say, you're all just freaks. Since there is no normalcy, everything's different everywhere, and you give a step and you find out something else is different. Like marine boats!

I had no idea that was a marine ship. I stepped on it, AND THAT'S WHEN I LEARNED. That's why I say this is the freakiest place ever!

Miss Michiko, contrary to popular belief marine intelligence is not thoroughly incompetent. You tried to steal a marine ship. And you shouldn't be trying to steal any ships. Marines don't chase people for simple "trespassing", we're busy and have tougher criminals to deal with than that.

Because first of all, many thieves try to steal marine ships both so they can attack harbors that think they're welcoming in safe friendly assistance, and secondly the others try to steal it because marine ships are more advanced than the rest, and thirdly, it's wrong to steal. No matter whose ship it is!
