[Hello Luceti, is the nice little ice storm distracting you from post-Valentine's woes? Don't worry, here's a grumpy marine asking questions to painfully reminds you all.]

Seeing as we're all stuck inside -- [Once again, an usually feminine voice from Smoker's journal account.] -- I've got a question for everyone affected by the event.

Are there normally lines you won't cross in relationships that the Malnosso seem to cross for you? Or do they seem to take those into consideration instead? Since they seem to know us pretty well, it begs the question whether they're using our weaknesses, or if it's completely random.

And if anyone needs help out there in the storm, let me know. This weather is good practice.

[ooc: and feel free to threadjump like the dickens. It might be the only time Smoker keeps quieter than not, seeing as he's a girl now.]

[lulz when/if Smoker gets there, Okita's confined to his room and not allowed to talk for too long since he's sick, but he will still see him.]

[Rare bit of honesty, ruined by a knock at the door and a drenched female Smoker standing there. Presumably bedroom door? He snuck in like a ninja through the rest so as not to disturb Ayumu, because since when does Smoker not do things like "borrow" his bff's ships without asking. Yup.]

[Souji is coughing, so it's probably easy to tell which room is his. He looks up when he hears the knock and tries to sit up, setting the journal aside. ]

[Comes on in. He's a short and ridiculously busty. Still smoking though, and hesitant if that's really okay with Okita's lungs.

Have a quiet wave. He's so talkative.]

[Hello boobs. Souji waves and smiles, trying to be polite about the cigar smoke. It's not as bad as Hijikata's smoking, but he hasn't had to put up with that for years now.]

Hello, Smoker-san. You make a very pretty woman.

[Annoyed scowl.] So they keep telling me.

Why is it men are strong and women are supposed to be pretty? [Smoker calls both genders strong as a compliment it should be noted. And then yells at Tashigi to get stronger... yup.]

Men are handsome, women are pretty, both can be strong though. [Or so he thinks. He lives with Ayumu, he knows how strong and scary women can be. Souji motions to a chair placed a mid-way distance away.]

Would you like to sit?

[Nods.]

Thanks. Should I open a window, or put these out? [He's going to take Okita's word on the adjectives since he'd know better than Smoker anyway.]

I wouldn't want to inconvenience you.

[He's much better after all and the smoke is...well, it's heavy, but nothing he isn't used to at home.]

If opening a window will help and not hurt... [Windows he can do. Putting out the cigars? That he hates.]

I've been fine... aside from being a girl. And a month and a half out of the loops.

[He nods and leans over, sliding the window next to his bed open. To combat the cold, he'll just pull his padded wool haori a little closer and sit back against the pillows propping him up.]

Ah, so that is where you've been. Normally it's much easier to track people's movements, so your silence was disconcerting. I'm glad you're back.

Any inconveniences being a woman?

I'm short. And everyone insists that I should zip up. Or hits on me. Which would at least be funny if it wasn't criminals.

....You need better friends then if all the people hitting on you are criminals.

Well, that and some would say there is a concerning lack of females here - over the age of 15, at least.

[Thinks it over and shrugs.]

Besides, I'm not really female. I'm sure most people remember that.

I think most of the men here have at one point or another. [He laughs, turning his head away to cough.]

.............Mm, I hope people remember that. It could be awkward to meet someone new like this.

A little, but so far Kotomi-chan and Dr. Adele don't seem to care.
