Right, this is Smoker. I'm back in my own body, thanks to everyone who helped when I was a kid, and you know... during the shift.

Jitte and kickboxing lessons will be delayed until the 10th, but that doesn't mean stop practicing. Keep up the exercises, because I'll be very disappointed if any of you start slipping.

For anyone else interested in joining in, I teach basic self defense, kickboxing, and jitte. There are one-on-one sessions and group sessions, feel free to ask about a schedule because with the drafts ongoing, at least you can learn something to get a fighting chance for survival.

And who still here in the village knows anything about motorcycles? A friend recently reminded me life can be too short not to pursue some things.

Lupin, if you still remember the thing I asked Red about, I'd like to discuss it.

It was more surprising than anything to be in someone else's body. And I was still able to access cosmo so it...doesn't make a huge difference. [ weird realisation actually. ]

Was the cosmo different feeling from inside him?

It was, the way we apply our Cosmo is very different.

Tch. Same for haki then. I could only kind of use it, but it might have been that I was just disoriented to begin with.

I didn't try anything with Ikki's Cosmo exactly. [ because the last thing he wants to do is accidentally blow up Ikki's room. ]

Probably a good thing. The phoenix thing isn't his Cosmo though, right? That's something different?

That's his Cosmo. [ he doesn't say more for a moment, really how to use someone else's Cosmo isn't something he's ever considered so he has no idea how things transfer over. ]

I could probably apply the same techniques I use with my own Cosmo but I think the nature of Ikki's Cosmo would probably have still overpowered it. [ if this ever happens again maybe he will experiment. ]

[Rubs his temples.] So it's haki and devil fruit bound together. Yes, that would be... extremely dangerous.

...devil fruit? [ he could understand vaguely what haki might mean since it was compared to Cosmo but now Smoker's lost him. ]

As Nico Robin I had extra arms. As myself I control smoke.

But this devil fruit, is it a physical object?

It was. It got eaten.

And by consuming it you would develop different abilities?

Right. Each devil fruit has a different ability, though the same curse. Once eaten the person is stuck with it for life. No going back.

That sounds more dangerous.

It is, but quite a few people consider it worth it.

[Prying works best on Smoker, he's a wealth of information... but people have to ask.]

In any case, I'm glad to have my own back, as I'm sure you are with your Cosmos.

I am but surprisingly the experiment wasn't as unpleasant as Ikki made it sound for me.

[Smoker will pry anyway. He's an investigator... he has basically three stages of conversation. Listening, lecturing/answering questions (sometimes without being asked but rarely) and asking a lot of questions. It drives Ikki crazy. Good luck Hyoga.]

Plus, Ikki went through about 5 things in that one shift.
