Rock Stacking at the River / Action & Picture
[Smoker might have gone a bit on a bender. One of those "everything is wrong, let's just drink into oblivion" kinds. Justice isn't what it ought to be, pirates are turning into heroes and even Smoker isn't as good at hunting through people's hearts as he thought. Vergo was adjusting his newspapers and Smoker didn't even catch on. That was why he needed Tashigi, and she wasn't here. So here in Luceti, Smoker couldn't tell enemy from from friend anymore. At least not on a grand scale. Malnosso? Third Party? Too many factions, too many wildcards. He thought he could just ignore those factions and focus on what was directly at hand, but that's becoming less and less of an option. Option? What options?]
[So he's drinking.]
[And you know what Smoker does when he drinks? He stacks rocks.]
[Sure, that sounds benign enough, but that would be a serious underestimation of Smoker's love for going overboard.]

Now this is what you can do with non-defective rocks! [He is just so proud.]

This dragon has always liked stones. To top off that liking, she was educated about rocks by a connoisseur (her cousin Tkaa is a basilisk who eats them as well as possessing the ability to turn other things to stone), and she has been using them in light spells for the past thirteen years.
She whistles a couple more notes and a light spell washes through the rocks, all the towers lighting up and then going dim again, starting with those closest to her and spreading outward. Kitten does not take the trouble of fixing it there for more than a second. The illumination is unnecessary, it was just an interesting challenge. Not a single pebble on the ground lit up, only the stones he'd used to build with.]
Sorry this is late!!!
Whoa... Nice! Thanks.
[Rubs the back of his neck with a sheepish grin.] Damn, I was not expecting that. Dragons in my world aren't usually that friendly.
But I'll take that as a yes, heh.
I went on hiatus, so... late tags all around!
The mention of dragons in his world catches her attention, though. She does have enough politeness to hold up her nametag, which reads "Skysong," by way of introduction before launching into questions.]
YAY!
[Bows his head.] I'm Smoker.
