In Regards to Cheerleading (This is NOT a yes)

Elle, you can have your 1 hour test demonstration on my ship. Rinali, Lady, and whoever else wishes to (accepting wanted pirates who welcome to come to my ship if they want their asses thrown in the brig) are welcome to participate during this one-hour frame. And ONLY one-hour.

I do not wish to disallow... individually just on the basis of it being different and infuriatingly obnoxious. And if I don't allow it I'm sure someone will get into their head to practice in secret which is even worse. There's certainly no rule against it. Aokiji is still going to laugh at me. However some ground rules are required.


This is NOT a yes. This is a test-run. If it goes well I will consider allowing it.

If anyone gets injured, it will not happen, not now not ever, not even in secret.

No loud music. It hurts my ears. Shut up, I'm not old, I just have good heard and I don't want to be informing every pirate in a mile radius of our presence or attracting seakings.

Tashigi is not to be allowed to participate, she's already a clutz and likely to kill everyone if she tries.

The ... cheerleading... uniforms are not to be used during this test run. I dislike the idea of allowing them at all, they're too much a distraction and revealing and it's a risky idea. If you can find a way to make them less slutty exposed we'll talk about it. Again, that's a we will discuss it, not a yes.

NO ONE outside this network is to know about it. If it gets back to any other marines or pirates I'm dissolving it and saying no right away.

If you absolutely must talk about it you are to pretend it's a type of martial arts. Invent a new name for it. On that note, this can be... all the "fun" you want it to be but it is also to be used as an exercise. And please look into whatever the fuck Ataru was talking about which cheerleading weapons and practical battle applications.

It is NOT to interfere with drills.

IF I say yes (this is not a yes) It is not to be done between an hour before a battle, during a battle or until at least an hour after a battle. It is not to be done at night when everyone should be on extra high alert for storms, pirates and the other dangers the Grand Line offers (see also: distracting), during drills, or any time that interferes with business.



On another marines note; stop fucking buying shit from Mello. He is our enemy. I will put him behind bars given the chance. Talk to him by all means but try to figure out his next move don't make friends with him, he will only use and hurt you.

Yes. If you need something more specific than what we carry I'll pull some strings and talk to Vegapunk but I'm fairly certain anything you could get from Mello we already have since he stole it from the marine base we investigated last week.
