As for any other new feathers, once you've checked in at the Welcome Center and settled in, I'm Smoker, I offer training in the jitte or kickboxing. There's a Draft here every so often so there's no telling when you'll need to be able to fight. Might as well learn while you can. And I'd like to speak to anyone interested in setting up a more permanent justice system for this place. That is all.

[ooc: Ikki's been getting drunk constantly lately (back to back important sad dates for him) so Smoker handcuffed him with seastone in apartment. Action spam is totally welcome. Smoker won't stay in their apartment, and he is keeping the key on him like he said. The cuffs are incredibly strong. But simply trying to let Ikki out to steal the cuffs might be hard unless you're Mr. 3. If your character would want to try to steal the cuffs though, let me know and we can work something out XD]

Is he having a bad time? I just know someone who keeps drinking even if I tell him not to, so it kind of reminded me of him.

There's enough books to cover most of the justice systems of the worlds people are here from. Though, all of them have problems of a sort or another. I'm not looking for utopia, just something better than nothing.

I usually scold him and afterwards he keeps drinking water for the next few days. I know he feels bad about and almost wanted to commit suicide for his deeds, though in the end I guess... I just forgive him.

Hn... yes. And at the moment most people have their own groups in charge of various aspects, for awhile some people would handle small cases, the Justice League superheroes took care of bigger problems, but there's nothing official to band everything together in a more organized fashion.

Well... it caused a major problem and misfortune for me, so he felt really guilty about it. It usually does not go to that extreme, though.

Trying to band those groups together might be a start. Are they accepted by the people?

I don't... think Ikki's that extreme. [Though he's getting a little more worried man.]

That's debatable. I think people don't have a problem with the Blue Rogues or Haruhi's... whatever she does. But I don't think people are too clear on what their agendas are either. Most people here tend to be the lone wolf types, ironically.

According to your friend, he is less reckless when he is drunk?

Hn... I'd rather it didn't come down to one leader. Too many problems if that person gets kidnapped, disappears, or has their own things to resolve.

Right. Sort of. Even looser than that really. Rather than a direct chain of command, something for people to pick up the slack and account to one another with a clearer chain of consequences would be better.

Right. Well, it's not permanent here, but it's still pretty terrible. [Smoker isn't really sure what to make of it either and he's had over a year to practice.]

Not quite. At the moment, if someone gets out of control, various people volunteer to take care of it and try to keep them in check, but it's all rather murky.
