As for any other new feathers, once you've checked in at the Welcome Center and settled in, I'm Smoker, I offer training in the jitte or kickboxing. There's a Draft here every so often so there's no telling when you'll need to be able to fight. Might as well learn while you can. And I'd like to speak to anyone interested in setting up a more permanent justice system for this place. That is all.

[ooc: Ikki's been getting drunk constantly lately (back to back important sad dates for him) so Smoker handcuffed him with seastone in apartment. Action spam is totally welcome. Smoker won't stay in their apartment, and he is keeping the key on him like he said. The cuffs are incredibly strong. But simply trying to let Ikki out to steal the cuffs might be hard unless you're Mr. 3. If your character would want to try to steal the cuffs though, let me know and we can work something out XD]

[Oh no, you didn't say that. Ikki's Cosmos flares again, dangerously high this time and even Smoker will probably feel the heat and hate for the first time ever. Ikki's flames normally don't hurt those who aren't evil but if he's set on fighting someone, no matter how pure they are, the heat will reach them.]

[Hyoga whimpers and whines, he's close to Ikki and flat against the floor, obviously in pain but Ikki pays no mind at the moment.]

[Switches to a smoke screen to protect Hyoga. He's fought fire logia after all, and if it hurts, he doesn't care or show it. Masochist.]

[The smoke alleviates it a bit but Cosmos and logia are different things, the pressure is still palpable. As palpable as the dangerous look Ikki's eyes are getting, one full of sorrow, hate and anger, up to a limit that seems almost inhuman.]

At any rate, when the pushing of Cosmos vanishes all that's left is the area around Ikki surrounded by a wall of flames not letting anything from the inside be seen. If Smoker tries to get throw it or touch it he will be pushed back and feel the heat even with his logia. It'll take a while before Ikki calms down enough to drop the barrier but for now? For now the rest of the world can just go to hell for all he cares.]

[Scowling and not really caring if he gets a bit burned, he'd just trying to protect Hyoga. For Ikki's sake, as well as the pup's.]

[Hyoga whines again, trying to get close to the barrier, but eventually just sits besides it whimpering and whining. Another day, Ikki will thank Smoker for protecting the wolf, he didn't want to hurt him but right now he just wants to be alone. There's no answer from Ikki anyway and there won't be one in a good while. He can't go to his volcano here, but he can still isolate himself even when handcuffed.]

Tsk... I'll be back later when you've had time to cool down. [Takes Hyoga out for a little while, but he won't keep the pup with him so it'll probably go back to Ikki soon enough.]
