[Voice] Jitte, Self-Defense, and Executions

Hello New Feathers and old, I'm Cap-- Err Smoker. [Wow Proof he has done this message way too many times, he momentarily forgot his own rank. Woops. Not that it even matters here.]

I teach jitte, kickboxing, and basic self-defense outside the barracks, and it's open to anyone, no matter how inexperienced. As you may have heard by now, every so often the Malnosso take people at random for drafts, and while non-combatants have other opportunities to help support, any self defense can help.

For others, I wanted to ask about other world's or country's history regarding executions. Are there any that changed the world, or have other people here seen them personally?

But a majority of them I hate.

And the marine you're talking about is Coby. Ask your little brother about him some time. I'm not sure their connection, but he was a pupil of your Grandfather's. And he was the only other marine from our world in Luceti at the same time as me. A long time ago.

[........... Yeah this requires a lot of explanation. 1) Shanks that was in Luceti before 2) broke out Smoker's roommate, Phoenix Ikki because 3) Smoker was trying to get Ikki to stop binge drinking. Shanks disapproved of those methods and also the idea that anyone would try to make their friends drink less, probably. Also 4) Phoenix Ikki gets mad at Smoker's willingness to stick in the marines even under Akainu when it's so obvious Smoker disagrees on his idea of "justice." Not that any of these references will make sense to Shanks in context, but have a pointless bluff to see if Shanks remembers that or not.]

I follow True Justice, not Laws dressed up as Absolute Justice. [Mildly edgy tone even if they're agreeing. Perhaps extra edgy because they're agreeing. Feel free to ask what the fuck that even means, but he might be less forthcoming with a pirate emperor. Ah the price of fame.]

Two. It was before Marineford. He retired after that, same as Sengoku. [Though he's supposedly still teaching/training marines, but ehhh, not mentioning it right now.]

Coby was the one Akagami saved.

It was before anyone knew about their connection, so it surprised me.

[Well, Garp and Sengoku knew, but they didn't exactly give him forewarning. Jerks.]

Even when they claim absolute justice, killing pirates is supposed to be so that the pirates can't go kill civilians then.]
