Because you have to give chocolates to the person you really like a lot. And.. there's only one person like that, right? That's what I read in the book.. [ yes, she got Valentines advice from a book. :| ]

Hmm, there's a lot of interesting things about Valentine's Day I learned from all the books. I made sure to read up on it a lot so I wouldn't mess up.

I don't think you have to follow the rules on it that strictly.

Of course you have to make sure to follow the rules.. if you don't, you might mess up Valentine's Day, and your feelings won't reach someone else at all. Doesn't that sound scary..?

I think Ikki would understand your feelings with or without chocolate, but as long as you both enjoy it, it's fine.

... I.. felt really happy though.. when Ikki-kun accepted my chocolates. It's a feeling I never felt this much before, but my heart started pounding so much and I felt so warm inside..

Definitely not just over chocolate. That much I'll promise. [If only Smoker could put together it was a Shift. He's obviously suspicious that something is up, but he knows Ikki enough that it clearly isn't about chocolate. And he's a little jealous. He's glad Ikki found someone (even evented) but since coming back, everyone seems to have a girlfriend or something. Not that he really cares. Of course. He's a loner, he's good with that. He'll just be happy for his friends. ~~And very minorly jealous inside.~~]

[ Poor Smoker, it's okay, soon everyone will be forever alone after the event again.. ]

I'm going out a limb, but I'm going to say he just really likes-- err, loves? you.

I'm really glad to hear that.. I really, really love Ikki-kun in return too, so it's nice. My heart pounds really fast just from thinking about him and how kind he is..

I'm rather fond of mysteries and fairy tales myself, though lately I've been getting into more sci-fi. Thanks to a recommendation.
