[This is a man who sounds pretty angry. Of course if you know Smoker well, then you might know he often sounds like that. Still, even for Smoker, clearly something's set him off.]
Welcome to New Feathers, if you haven't heard about the Shifts or Drafts yet, I suggest you look into it. If you want to learn basic self defense I could teach you, or Chun-Li could, or any of other teachers who offer it. Normally I'd offer to teach jitte as well, but I'm using flimsy knock-offs right now because some idiot seems to have borrowed it without permission.
[And here he gives a lethal glare to the camera.] I know a pirate took it before, and I've spent all this month hunting you down. I don't know who took it, but step forward now and I'll be far more lenient than if you continue to make me wait!
[His tone suggests that "lenient" means he'll only beat the thief half to death instead of two-thirds.]
I'll be by the barracks stacking rocks. [And making a snowman. Not that he's going to admit to that to anyone. Except kids maybe.]

Beyond that, possibly the Demon Woman of Ohara. I don't think it's the Surgeon of Death's style, but it could be. If it was one of the Whitebeard's I think I would have heard about it by now.

Two Whitebeards, Law of the Heart Pirates, Perona of the former Moria crew, Dracule Mihawk who is actually a shichibukai, Jack Sparrow, and of the Straw Hats we have remaining: Cat Buglar Nami, Roronoa Zoro, the Demon of Ohara, their idiot Prince, tch... is that really it? I must be missing someone. [Counts them off.] Oh right, that idiot skeleton. [Of all the Straw Hats he finds it hard to hate Brook. Maybe because he's already dead?
Mostly just because the Brook that was here before was friends with him until Smoker got updated.]I think I've heard one other pirate, Patty Fluer, but I haven't seen or heard her do anything criminal yet.

I still have my cuffs, just not my jitte. My jitte was taken by the phoenix last time... I think. It was nearly three years ago though, and he left in between then.
[Drums his fingers on a desk trying to figure out how Law weighs into all of this. But if Law wanted the seastone from his jitte, why wait? Why not keep the cuffs back when he had them?]
That the Demon woman took my cuffs several months ago I have no doubts on. And the Surgeon of Death was the one who returned them with a note. Whatever the two of them "had fun doing" I still doubt I want to know. [ANNNNNNNNNNNNNND too late. His brain is filled with mental images of pirates up to hijinks. EW. EW EW EW.]

[Robin teaming up with Crocodile was worrisome. Robin teaming up with Marco? Assuming they didn't just decide on a mutual hatred of Crocodile -- and given the last time Smoker saw Luffy in their world, Straw Hat wsa with Crocodile at Marineford, Smoker's not sure just how much Robin dislikes her former "partner." Then again, Straw Hat was protecting Whitebeard from an attack by Crocodile, and with how infamous the Whitebeard pirate's vengeance was, Smoker doubts the Phoenix just forgave the former shichibukai. So what could Robin and Marco be plotting together? Probably mutual hatred of Akainu. Yeah, that seemed accurate. Then again, who doesn't hate Akainu?]
