Welcome to New Feathers, if you haven't heard about the Shifts or Drafts yet, I suggest you look into it. If you want to learn basic self defense I could teach you, or Chun-Li could, or any of other teachers who offer it. Normally I'd offer to teach jitte as well, but I'm using flimsy knock-offs right now because some idiot seems to have borrowed it without permission.

[And here he gives a lethal glare to the camera.] I know a pirate took it before, and I've spent all this month hunting you down. I don't know who took it, but step forward now and I'll be far more lenient than if you continue to make me wait!

[His tone suggests that "lenient" means he'll only beat the thief half to death instead of two-thirds.]

I'll be by the barracks stacking rocks. [And making a snowman. Not that he's going to admit to that to anyone. Except kids maybe.]

Beyond that, possibly the Demon Woman of Ohara. I don't think it's the Surgeon of Death's style, but it could be. If it was one of the Whitebeard's I think I would have heard about it by now.

Two Whitebeards, Law of the Heart Pirates, Perona of the former Moria crew, Dracule Mihawk who is actually a shichibukai, Jack Sparrow, and of the Straw Hats we have remaining: Cat Buglar Nami, Roronoa Zoro, the Demon of Ohara, their idiot Prince, tch... is that really it? I must be missing someone. [Counts them off.] Oh right, that idiot skeleton. [Of all the Straw Hats he finds it hard to hate Brook. Maybe because he's already dead? Mostly just because the Brook that was here before was friends with him until Smoker got updated.]

I think I've heard one other pirate, Patty Fluer, but I haven't seen or heard her do anything criminal yet.

[And then out of the forest near the Barracks comes an eight foot tall brown orc in the armor depicted in the icon with an ax in hand... but also in a large cloak made of the skins of several animals crudely sewn together. He's no tailor or leatherworker, but the snow got worse while he was out there and he improvised. Right now, he's actually heading towards the Barracks with a Purpose. To see what this fortified building is like.

...Also to be somewhere comparatively warmer than the forests, after over a week or skirting the barrier's edge]

[Smoker looks up from swinging the much shorter and flimsier practice jitte, and arches an eyebrow.]

Are you a New Feather? [Or is it just his usual tunnel vision that's made him ignore anyone who wasn't a pirate? Oops.]

[In any case, the armor is a little impressive, but the height doesn't throw Smoker for a loop, he's used to a kind of crazy world.]

[his voice is deep, and he grunts that as he makes his way, warily, over towards Smoker. He was just going to go inside, but seeing a muscular man with a weapon of some kind possibly with stacks of rocks or snow around threw him off. As it is, he tightens his grip on Gorehowl and just stomps closer with wide strides in the snow]
